Laws 2021, Chapter 22, Article 9, Section 1, requires the Commission's Executive Director to establish a working group to recommend to the Commission whether the pension benefits of 911 Telecommunicators should be changed and, if so, recommend changes. A report to the Commission is required by March 1, 2022.
The Working Group Report was submitted to the Commission on February 6, 2022, and presented to the Commission on February 15, 2022.
