MSRS Correctional Plan Eligibility Work Group

LCPR Convenes MSRS Correctional Plan Eligibility Work Group

The LCPR has convened a work group to discuss recommending legislation that would correct the deficiencies in the process for adding positions for coverage by the MSRS Correctional Plan. The work group is mandated by Laws 2024, Ch. 102, Art. 5, Sec. 14.

The work group must submit its recommendation to the Commission by January 10, 2025.
