  1.3     Page 1, line 17, delete "effective date" insert "and has

  1.4  retroactive application.  Individuals covered by past

  1.5  terminations who remained as active members as of the effective

  1.6  date of section 1 shall terminate active Public Employees

  1.7  Retirement Association plan membership on the effective date of

  1.8  that section"
