  1.3     Page 5, after line 18, insert: 

  1.4     "(e) No contribution rate adjustment shall occur under this

  1.5  subdivision if the employee contribution rate under subdivision

  1.6  2, or the employer contribution rate under subdivision 3, or the

  1.7  additional employer contribution rate under subdivision 3a, or

  1.8  the amortization date for the Public Employees Retirement

  1.9  Association general plan under section 356.215, subdivision 11,

  1.10 is amended, other than by action of this subdivision, with an

  1.11 effective date beginning on July 1 of the period covered by the

  1.12 first of the two actuarial reports referred to in this

  1.13 subdivision and ending on June 30 immediately prior to the day

  1.14 that a contribution adjustment would otherwise become effective

  1.15 under this subdivision."
